Vitalis Provenance eBook Jason Halstead Reviews
A very good story and lots of action. Brought out more of what's going between the humans who crashed on Vitalis and how Vitalis has decided to deal with them.
I've enjoyed the storyline, but feel as they have been written by a juvenile boy. There are too many immature sexual innuendos ,at the most inappropriate times. I have no problem with sex scenes in books, but this guy really needs to grow up and learn when to and not to use them.
Sir I like reading you but This is not a characters book but rather a spirituality or should I say a spirit of some entity intersecting with a lot of different folks
Only critique I have is his endings. The endings seem rushed. He seems to get in a hurry to finish. He leaves a lot unanswered. And the time line gets screwed up. What seems to take a couple of days travel for the characters to get somewhere, then seems to take only an hour or two to get back.
Jason Halstead CAN write stories about the future - I will always buy his books if it is about futuristic time travel or other planets. He is now one of my writers that I will keep an eye on. His writing is both captivating, interesting and full of surprises and you always want more and more. If you once started reading especially is Vitalis series you want to have more.
I found this book well written for an adventure novel, Jason spends a bit more time on intimate romantic relations between his characters and the dialog is splashed with a bit too much with verbal foreplay, however the story line hangs together well. Dialog could stand to be a bit more mature but I am giving it four stars based on the unique and well written story line.
There are 2 great plots in this book but the jumping between makes it hard to track and that's saying a lot from me. I love the ending idea of mother Vitalis going to war but the story is hard to keep track of with the way the jumps go.
It's still great and has all the stuff I love from the other books in this 1 and I'm looking forward to were goes.
